shop@hannaschoenwald.com

A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order through an order confirmation sent by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Additional shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

For international deliveries, additional customs duties or taxes may apply and must be borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

For products manufactured as part of a batch production or pre-order, the production period begins only after the order window has closed.

In such cases, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

5. Production and Availability

Some products are produced in limited production batches.

If a product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen production issues, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

  • other payment methods displayed at checkout

Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for the following products:

  • individually manufactured goods

  • personalized products

  • products that are produced specifically after an order has been placed

10. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us without delay.

11. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Liability

We shall be fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slightly negligent breaches of duty, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
