Made-to-Order Production

Many of our products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

This includes print products, apparel and limited sculptural pieces that are manufactured specifically for each order.

Because of this production model, returns or exchanges based on personal preference (such as size selection, color expectations, or change of mind) are generally not possible.

We therefore recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, measurements and size guides before placing an order.

Limited Production Items

Some items are produced in limited production batches or made-to-order editions.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please include:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we will offer either:

• a replacement item

• or a refund

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Production Variations

Due to the nature of print production and handcrafted or sculptural pieces, small variations in color, texture or finish may occur and are considered part of the production process.
